If you can afford it, you can enjoy the most prestigious wines of the world: Chateau Lafitte-Rothschild, Chateau Latour, Chateau Margaux, Chateau Haut-Brion and Chateau Mouton-Rothschild.
If Bordeaux is mostly known for its red wines, you must not forget white wines: Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, which are fruity, fresh and dry; Sauternes, a golden sweet wine which perfectly blends with desserts and foie gras.
