Authenticity in Belves

Terroir stroll in Belvès, Dive into the Périgord Noir

Le Clément V could easily be mistaken for one of those village houses which choose to protect their charms behind an unassuming front. Clément V retains the feeling of a true family home. According to a planning established by the participating producers, you will discover one of the producers below :

* the production of Périgord's famous wallnuts and chestnuts, the goose liver which will be fully explained on the spot by the producer himself, followed by a friendly tasting and then by a luncheon in a farmhouse where again you will eat their own products.
or
* how to look for the "black diamond" or truffle as well as the goose liver production explained in details and on the spot by the producer himself, followed by a nice tasting and then by a luncheon in a farmhouse where again you will eat their own products.
or
* the honey production, the bees' society, the different products made with honey and explained on the spot by the producer himself, followed by a tasting and then by a luncheon in a farmhouse where again you will eat their own products.
