GourdonPerched at 2,000 feet above the Loup valley, Gourdon is an open balcony above the Mediterranean. Protected by a cliff on its southern side, the village became fortified stretching its walls up to the mountains. At the end of the village, crossed by narrow streets, la Place Victoria looms over the hamlet of Pont-du-Loup where plants are grown for the perfume distilleries of Grasse.
